Hello, I‘m José Agustín Ortíz Ramírez, a dedicated film editor with a decade of industry experience. Throughout my career I've had the privilege of applying my love for storytelling and visual composition to a diverse array of projects in independent and commercial film and television. Recent projects include El Secreto del Río (Netflix), Las Bravas FC (Max), and A Million Miles Away (Amazon).

My passion for editing stems from a deep love for cinema and bringing stories to life, and I take pride in my ability to elevate the emotional experience of film through meticulous editing. I’d be thrilled to connect with you about your next exciting project.

My photography work has been exhibited in Salón Acme (Mexico City), and my most recent solo show, Cerca del Agua, opened in 2023 in Texas.
